Touch Point Gateway is an online search tool designed to streamline the DSA (Disabled Students' Allowances) sector. We help Needs Assessors find the perfect match for students by providing a clear, real-time directory of Non-Medical Help (NMH) and Taxi providers. The Gateway has been developed onto our existing software system Touch Point – an online system to administrate the delivery of NMH support. Touch Point has a user-friendly interface, intuitive and is simple to navigate, and we have maintained that ethos with Touch Point Gateway.
What is it?
Think of Touch Point Gateway as the "search tool" for student support. It is a dedicated platform where providers list their specific services and current availability, allowing Needs Assessors to stop searching outdated lists and start finding quality support in seconds.
How it Works
We’ve kept the process simple so you can focus on what matters:
Quick Sign-Up: Providers complete a simple digital form and get instant access to their own Gateway account to set up and easily maintain their listing.
Smart Listings: Providers list their availability by campus and role and enter additional information such as specialisms, out of hours support, interim support etc.
Real-Time Search: Assessors search for specific NMH roles in specific locations (campus/postcode area/remote nationwide). The most recently updated listings appear first, ensuring the data is always fresh - reducing admin "bounce back" and delays for students.
Instant Matching: Assessors copy-and-paste provider details directly into their reports.

HEI providers can indicate when they are at capacity by displaying this clearly in bold at the top of their information box. They may also include details of their preferred providers and the campuses where in-person support is available.
